Please Note:
From 1st October 2021, Guests will no longer need to present a vaccination certificate or proof of a negative test on check-in. At this time the wearing of masks will no longer be compulsory inside the hotel or in our clubhouses. There will also be no limits on restaurant seating for inside and outside dining.

All Reception and Concierge staff are fully trained on all aspects of safety and prevention measures for COVID-19. As key members of the hotel’s safety taskforce they are here to ensure a smooth, safe environment for both guests and team members in all aspects of check in / check out and guest services.
Reception Procedures: Social Distancing and Hand Hygiene
- Hourly cleaning of all desk and common utensils (pens, ATM, furniture)
- Cleaning of computer, keyboard and card terminal after every check in / check-out
- Hand sanitiser dispensers in place in all public areas
Equipment Located at Reception
First aid kits have been updated to include the following items:
- Wipes with disinfectant alcohol solution
- Protective masks (disposable) and goggles
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable apron
- Disposable gowns with sleeve fulfilled
- Plastic bags for placing used PPE
